The greatest sense of gratification comes from advocating and guiding families through their most difficult times.
Kevin Zeng is a lawyer at the Vancouver Office of MacLean Law and practices family law exclusively.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of British Columbia. Kevin relocated to Australia where he obtained his Juris Doctor from the prestigious Melbourne Law School, which has ranked among the top 5 law schools globally. Kevin competed in almost every litigation competition during law school and has devoted himself to his passion in advocacy and litigation ever since. During Kevin’s final year in law school, he interned at one of the oldest and largest law firms in China, Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Kevin is skilled at alternative dispute resolution and has successfully resolved high conflict matters through skillful negotiation, separation agreements, mediations, in court room litigation and even at Judicial Case Conferences. When required, he is a fervent advocate in Court and has appeared at all levels of Court in British Columbia. Kevin has represented clients in inter-jurisdictional family disputes including Hague Convention proceedings.
Kevin stands out due to his compassionate approach towards clients. Kevin understands that divorce is traumatic, and uses a personalized approach which has proven to be effective in obtaining the most optimal results in and out of Court.
Outside of the office, Kevin loves to travel and enjoys learning new languages (currently Japanese). Spending quality time with family and friends is also important to him.
Having lived in the Greater Vancouver Area his entire life, English is Kevin’s native language. Kevin is grateful to his parents for enrolling him in Chinese lessons at an early age, and is natively fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
