She has earned the reputation of being an effective lawyer and a respected member of the family bar. Audra Bayer is a family law specialist with a focus on the litigation, resolution and mediation of high conflict matters and cases where domestic violence is a factor, in addition to being a skilled advocate and effective negotiator. Audra has completed her certification to practice collaborative law. Audra has completed her courses in the LL.M program in Alternative Dispute Resolution at York University in Ontario.
Audra has been involved with both the Provincial & National Canadian Bar Association Sections having occupied several Executive Positions over the years and has contributed to the Winnipeg community as a volunteer with a number of schools and organizations. Audra is currently an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Alternative Dispute Resolution section and the Vice-Chair of the Manitoba Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. As a bilingual practitioner, she is able to offer services in French and English.
Audra is a private mediator and is also a co-mediator with the Child Focused Resolution Centre. Audra is proud to work with Mark Berkowitz, M.S.W. as co-mediators using a gender neutral model and offering services to parties in high conflict separations who previously had limited options for resolution of their matters outside of the adversarial process.
