Please join me in welcoming Carolina Toscano to MacLean Law as Director of HR & Recruitment, starting August 23, 2022, reporting to the founder Lorne N MacLean, KC, and the management team.
In this new role, she will lead human resources for the firm and be responsible for HR policies and procedures (including talent acquisition and overall provision of HR services).
Carolina has 20 years of experience as an HR professional, adding value in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, change management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to teams based across Canada, the Middle East, Australia, Europe, Africa and South America.
She was Head of People Operations for Hazelview Properties in Vancouver and Toronto and an HR & Recruitment Manager for the Transguard Group in Dubai.
Carolina received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in the USA.
She is fluent in both Spanish & English.
